PHX 10 Codes Incomplete

OK I have a list of 10 codes that are posted on this site and I have found them on other sites but they are never complete. Does anyone have a complete list of codes? I heard a 911 Henry this morning but its not listed.

The most complete list I have seen is in the Southwest Frequency Directory. It is not 100%, but probably about 98%

"911 Henry" is a 9-1-1 hangup call.
