Anyone listen to Evonik? The old Lilly plant in Lafayette. I used to pick them up but I think they changed to digital system or something else. I can receive some noise on the listed control channel but that's it now.

Correct, Evonik as well as the actual Eli Lilly should all now be running MotoTRBO systems. Please make an submission for new system and we will fix that up asap. If you or anyone near can do some analysis of it, also submit any Color Code, SysID, Control Chan, TG data, Encryption Use etc....
I am near but not sure how to start the search. I know folks that work there saying all the portables were replaced maybe a year or two ago. Using them became difficult with loss of sound quality and garbled.
