Ok this is my 2nd attempt in a week to build one .
This one is almost all copper, It has a 5 inch disk soldered to a 5 inch brass ring (just because I did not like how flimsy the copper was alone)
I used a 1/4 inch thick insulator made of fiberglass ( I have sheets of the stuff) between the cone and the disk.
5/8 12 inch long copper tubing for the center with pvc slid inside the 5/8 copper.
Inside the pvc is 1/4 inch copper tubing soldered to the disk and inside the 1/4 tubing is all thread that I used to clamp it all together with another fiberglass washer at the bottom.
I hope I explained that clearly enough....
