Pics of My 106 Showing Detroit Talkgroups

I thought I would post a few pics here since it is Michigan related. Mods if need to move it please do. Sorry they are blurry a little.

These pics were taken with my little Polaroid/Camcorder I got at a Target a fews year back for like $100. I will try to post audio version on you tube some other time.

I took these when I was standing out on in front of my apartment here in Chesterfield. I just wanted show I do pickup Detroit Simulcast here in Chesterfield. Granted the signal is not always the strongest but I hear them pretty clear when I standing right out front of my apartment.

The average bar strength I get is about 3 sometimes 4.

Analyze is between 78 and 98

So here you go.

How far is Chesterfield from Detroit?

Chesterfield starts at M59 and Gratiot (The same as 20 mile rd) Detroit ends at 8 mile rd .
12 or so air miles to the city of limits Detroit not sure the closest Detroit tower to his location .
I want to guess from his location and the closest Detroit Tower is at least 24 miles from him

I am off of Cotton Road and Gratiot. 1.5 blocks South of 23 Mile RD. off Gratiot.
These are two closest towers to me.

Freqs good estimate.

That's the range of most towers. Here in Mt. Morris (north central Genesee Co) I can pick it the Holly, Owosso, Saginaw, Columbiaville and sometimes Caro towers, all of which are at least 20 miles away.
