Well before Sept 11... I recall hanging out on the RR tracks with friends. Smoking cigs, drinking pop, & general BS'ing... Later on we'd climb the tresses and jump off the top into the water. During colleges years I would fish off various RR bridges. No one ever bothered us, even when we would flatten out our pennies. Times sure have changed.
