A month or two ago I think it was, someone mentioned that PCSO's VHF channel 1 came active. I don't know how long it was up. And I think the animal control channel is still up.
Here's the Pinal County listing in the database. Of course, DPS is still analog conventional in Pinal County as well.

Rural Metro Fire in San Tan, AZ City Fire, Regional Fire, Coolidge Fire (PD sounds like a TRBO system when we talk to them on the ringdown.. could just be the type of radio their using), Florence FD (PD is VHF but P25), Casa Grande Fire and Police, and a number of the smaller volunteer fire departments are all VHF. AMR is UHF conventional. Gila River, PCSO, Ak-Chin, and City of Maricopa are all TRS.
