Try 148.6000 or 148.0600 for fire (these confirmed). Other freqs licensed to pincher creek fire, but that I don't have confirmed are 168.3450 and 169.4250.

RCMP are reported to use:

155.6400 Tac 5 Simplex
155.6700 Tac 9 Simplex
155.7000 Tac 1+2 (Might be DES encrypted)

Town Works freqs according to my list that you might want to confirm are:
