Do I program just the primary control channels? What to do with alternate control channels? Do you program both? Should Ridgecrest be a separate bank from Toy Town? What is Cell 3 and 4?

Program all 7 CC's in on GRE scanners.
If Cell 3 is not used, certain Unidens can use Plan 1, if it's used set to Plan 2 on these scanners.

getting ready to program my P-96 for a trip to st.pete. just a couple of ?
if i program the cc channels only do i need to seperate them with a conv. ch. it looks like st.pete pd is now on the pinnelas sys is that correct? any reason other then the time it takes to program all pin.co. freqs?
