Pinellas County Fl trs new freqs

I found 2 new active freqs on the Pinellas trs system
862.8375
863.5875
I wondered why I was missing some comms these new freqs fixed it.

Isn't Pinellas Co. system a Motorola system? If so you only need control channels in recent scanners.
Those two freqs. are not in the government trunking "band" Perhaps you meant 852 853??
