I believe if we abide by the guidelines that Lindsay has established, then we should have little fear of being banned. As this really will not be answered here, why not close the thread?

Ok, We are not going to re-hash the whole thing. He broke the rules, was warned, and broke them again, so he was banned. Enough said Closed
