Pineville PD Encrytped?

I know Pineville PD changed their P25 system in some way a few months back. Around that time I reprogrammed my 996XT and was able to monitor Pineville. Recently I noticed I'm hearing nothing on that system. I live close by, and have the control channel full scale. Have they encrypted that system?

I heard radio maintenance folks on the Pineville system this morning, but no other traffic. I use Freescan and RR database for programming.

Currently they are running off their "backup" conventional analog channel of 858.7875 054DPL. I would keep that in with the trunked system so you can always follow if they switch to it.
