yep i would listen to them at night time,BUT i also know that USCG would catch them ,mostly in the industrial canal,back to the green bridge going to chalmette,and there also pirating cable too ,So sometimes at night after the hurricane hit i know there cracked down on boats ,even shrimp boats ,from the asian community over there in michoud the wildlife fishers,are also watching that area due to hunters going by boat going on one side to the other ,why last night they caught an asian male coming back due to that he had killed a deer ,and it was in protected area,So keep an eye out liten to the statesytem too ,and you wil hear what i,m hearing .
