Pirate on 6930 kHz

Just started around 02:00 UTC. +10dB at my location.

Playing music and they just sent one SSTV image of a squirrel. There's some text at the bottom, but the image quality isn't good enough to make it out. Google shows several pirates using this frequency, so not sure which one it is.
