Pirate station on 6.920 USB

6.920 usb Philadelphia Penn.
I am in Philadelphia. I and one or two others where requesting songs and the unidentified station was playing the songs then using a computer text reader to explain what requests they played as well as the requesting person's information if they have it provided.

Had this Pirate here in Northeast Nebraska, 0030-0100. Tutti Frutti, a few others unknown. At times very strong, S9 then off suddenly at 0100. Now back on. Almost hitting S20+ here.
