Pirate Water Taxi Downtown Tampa?

Greetings just wondering if any of my Tampa neighbors have heard the pirate water taxi on this system TBA-BearComm (Capacity Plus) Trunking System, Various, Florida - Scanner Frequencies lately? I used to hear them on the listed talk group but haven't heard anything in a while. And I have had that system on TGID search mode.

Seems weird that they would be on a uhf cap+ system when they could be operating on marine vhf.

Well this was used for mainly logistical comms, things like schedule coordination and correct timing on pickup spots. They provide sightseeing and non private taxi service if you will up and down the Hillsborough River in downtown Tampa. It can be entertaining to listen to as some of these guys are real characters, and they can be heard conversing about everything under the sun.

Their TG 52 is active right now on Site 3, but very few transmitions.
