Piscataway twnshp trunked system

i am trying to trunk piscataways motorola type2 uhf system on a bc780xlt, and am having alot of problems.

i have bank two setup for this system, base freq.500.2375 spacing 25 but when it asks for the offset i have to pick a number between 380 and 700 something. what one do i pick???
the other frequencies i have programmed are 500.4875,,500.5375,,500.7125,,500.9875,,501.3375 all are designated as trunked.. does anyone follow this system??

any help is greatly appreciated

Piscataway Offset

Try an offset of 380. That's what I have programmed in my 95 and it works just fine.

yes the offset was 380 but i didnt have all the frequencies,,,, the ones listed here on this site are incomplete, i found the rest on the FCC database site.

What where the frequency's you aquired to make your list for Piscataway Trunk system complete?May I ask if you might post them here?

Those are the repeater inputs. You never use those. Go ony with the 500 MHz freq's and the one 501 MHz freq and you'll be fine.

Set it up like this and you'll be ok. Use a base of 500.2375, offset of 380, and a step of 25.0

Can you tell us which fire companies are part of each district? I'd appreciate the info.

yeah sure no problem.

District 1 is the New Market Fire Company
District 2 is 3 companies combined:
River Road Fire Company
Holmes Marshall Fire Comapny
Possumtown Fire Company
District 3 is the Arbor Hose Company
District 4 is the North Stelton Fire Company


It is the same with the rescue squads except new market does not have one and district 2's squad is called river road rescue squad. well that about sums it up. Thanks for your intrest

i tow for the piscataway pd and the past week or so i havent herd them on the scanner did thay change something or what can somebody help me with this
