Out in Pitt County this weekend for the kickoff of college football and I have discovered that the new 700 MHz P25 system is now on the air. I'll be adding it to the database shortly. The tables support Phase II TDMA operations. It looks like it'll be a while before the system is put into use, every public safety worker I saw today had an XTS2500 on their hip. They may move over to Phase I operations for a while, or may stay on VIPER for the next few years until making a full switch.

I've ran Pro96Com for a little while and I'm not seeing any affiliations at all, so it's probably still a very new system. Those of you with P25 capabilities, now would be the time to add it into your scanner and search/wildcard and listen for traffic.

It is now live and operational, I've been told it can not be scanned but that doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Going to load it up in my spare BCD996T and see what we can come up with...

Might wanna make sure this system is programmed in to your digital scanners anyways. Logging quite a bit of phase I traffic so far, specifically on law talk groups.

37809 is a transit agency, I'm pretty sure it's the PATS wheelchair vans.

I have not heard any of the other TGs you listed but I have heard 37808 which is a maintenance crew. Been thinking it might be Town of Winterville guys, but I'm not sure.
