Pittsburgh police zone 6 working on the encrypted ops channel for dispatch and everything but it just seems like only zone 6 I didn’t know if anyone else had any answers as to why . All other zone are in the clear

Is Zone 3 still on PD 2?
Yes . And it looks like they been doing this for last couple of night but I notice zone 6 gets dispatched during the day on pgh pd ch 2 .
