Pl code help

I monitor several freqs, with more than one department using them such as Eastern valley F.D. / Blount County CARTS. My Question . Can I program PL tones in an y of my scanners PRO 2051 / 5054 /2096 ? thanks for any help

You can in the Pro-2096.
You can't in the Pro-2054.
Not sure about the Pro-2051.
