PL/DPL tone needed for Quincy, IL area

I've plugged in the Quincy University freq for receive on my XTS2500. It sounds like they're simplex, however, it's repeated with no hang time on repeated TX.

Frequency is 463.9750 WPAI318 (Shows expired 12/2002)


Anyways, I'm looking for the PL/DPL code for the above named system.

Edit: They do appear to have made the switch to narrow band / 12.5k

Here is their new narrow-banded license - WQBI522, and the RadioReference version, and it looks like a repeater. They probably have the simplex ability as well.
