I don't think it has NAC
Isn't NAC for conventional P25?

Every P25 voice signal will have a NAC. If you put a scanner on one of the voice channels (in conventional mode, not following the control channel), it will have a NAC.

It's a combination of the system ID and site #. I forget the format. I think it might be 2D1.
