I agree...I was forced to drive today on I-64 from Williamsburg to Hampton. I listened to the VSP Chesapeake Dispatcher to figure out where the wrecks were on the rainy Interstate (there were lots). They still refer to wrecks as 10-50's, registration inquiries as 10-28's, etc...not much change. While I was in Hampton, I listened to Hampton PD. They are still using the same codes they did 34 years ago.....totally different from anyone else in the world....the only thing in common with any other police code is "10-4".
