Plainfield Police (Will County)

Can anyone tell me if the Plainfield Police Department is still being dispatched by WESCOM on 158.85 or has it entirely switched over to usage on StarCom21? ... or is it simulcast on both?

PLFD has been on 774.55625 and 774.80625 on Starcom last week. They were using the system mostly from 6am til 6pm and on the weekends 24 hrs....They are trackable on my Uniden 396 with a ID7301,7302 , and conventionaly on my PRO96/2096 from RS after opening up the radio using Win96 software....The last few days they have been very clear but have had trouble with the signals from D-5.....
