I'm still hearing them on 155.805. Problem is not every radio is transmitting the 114.8 PL so you have to leave it out. I also noticed I'm picking up Trumbull EMS while passing through on 84. Programming the PL wouldn't matter, they use the same one. I would imagine the DPW trucks are driving around hearing Trumbull EMS calls at times and the dispatch probably all the time.

I've definitely noticed they've been going back and forth between 155.595 and 159.030. I've also noticed 153.995 is DMR CC11. I have no idea what department is using it, it doesn't sound like police operations.
I believe that Plainville BOE is CC14, I have however seen the CC11 not sure where that is

Now that you mention it, because I monitor with the GPS, I'm only monitoring 153.995 when I'm in Plainville and most of the time it's while I'm passing through on 84. It could very well be another town, although I've never heard anything else on that frequency. I've also noticed Trumbull EMS on the Public Works while in Plainville with the same PL so I'm sure they are hearing them too.

Question for you since you're in Southington. What is the Public Works currently using? I don't seem to be receiving anything on the 153.590 or 154.055 any longer. Are the frequencies and/or DPL/PL's listed still up to date?
None of the listed frequencies. I've been meaning to use close call to narrow it down or find it in FCC listings. They consistently directly across the street from me along with the water department. Ive seen them on the radio and hear nothing on my scanner. If you have an idea what to try i can easily find out.

Also on topic, Bakup (PD3) for Plainville is still being used full time by PPD.

I'm in the Cromwell area. I'll give them a listen.

What scanner do you have?

I don't see them listed in the DB. Or are they encrypted or something that prevents them from being listened to? I only found their NY/NJ system...
I am pretty sure the post above you was talking about "OneVoice", not sure why didn't just call it by name.
Anyways, it's not in the DB because no one has monitored the trunk and confirmed or figured out what TG they would use.

Public Works tend not to be popular amongst the majority of RR users and we get very, very little public works related information.
Several I've discovered from searching and added myself.
