Plane in Trouble- Incoming Rockford IL Airport

IFERN reports on the scanner claim there's an MD80? Jet or plane with a 137 souls on board, with only one working engine - 3 miles out. Other engine was on fire, but just went out at 5:25pm. All local emergency agencies are on site at the Rockford IL Airport waiting
