Can I listen to any of the military flying around from Cheyenne's Warren AFB? What are their frequencies? Can I hit their departure and approach at the airport?

The aviation part can be heard as they talk to the FAA controllers. Military mission functions would be on other channels.

VHF can be either civilian or military aircraft, UHF is military aircraft. The matching VHF/UHF channels are usually simulcast so you may hear them talking to military aircraft on VHF with no aircraft heard as the aircraft may be on UHF.
