Just got word that there is a large presence of First Responders at or around the Planned Parenthood location around 27TH ST S.

The Birmingham Police Department bomb squad, along with other law enforcement agencies, are investigating a suspicious package at Planned Parenthood Thursday.
Employees at the women's clinic located at 1211 27th Place South called authorities after receiving the package in the mail.
Members of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Alabama Tobacco and Firearms are assisting officers at the scene.
There are no reports of injuries at this time.
