Plano PD / Location and "Bars"?

Anyone out there happen to be monitoring the Plano PD OPS-3 channel? I’ve heard 2 different “chases” of officers reporting “bars” and their location this afternoon and evening. At first I thought it was a lo-jack type system looking for stolen vehicles, but it seems like the subject may have something to do with “communication systems/radios”. Anyone happen to have more detail of what they are looking for and following?

Guess I was right... one of the units just mentioned the “Lo-jack” tracker in their vehicle didn’t appear to be working correctly.

Plano was doing LoJack training tonight. I heard Allen's dispatch telling the officers, I guess so they wouldn't try to assist in any car chases.
