Players on 139.800 - Midwest

Hi all. I was wondering if anyone caught traffic on 139.800 at about 9:00 PM central on 11/19? I live in suburban chicago and caught them pretty well using my Yaseu 7800 and a discone. Didn't copy callsigns at all.
I have 139.800 as an ILANG frequency but since they are no longer a flying outfit, I am wondering if they were WIANG, INANG, IANAG or similar. Just curious.

I have it listed as an ops frequency for the Red Hills MOA in SW Indiana.
I have also heard the 178th FW OH ANG out of Springfield-Beckley use it, but that has been quite awhile.
