Pleasant Valley Highway?

I was searching around the other day and I heard what sounds like DMR on 453.1000. Came with a Color Code of 1 but it was too quick to notice a talk group or other information. I was near the poughkeepsie and pleasant valley border. My best guess is Pleasant Valley highway is now using DMR, but I have not been able to hear anything else since then. The database here lists a repeater with 136.5pl but I haven't heard anything on that either.

Anybody have any more info on this? I'm still trying to listen to it

I have notes that say:
Pleasant Valley Highway Dept
453.1000, CC1
TG 100
Slot 1
Unit IDs in the 1500s

I haven't monitored in a while so I can't confirm that. I'll take a listen.
