Please Help BCT8 Programming

Ive gotten my first scanner, a BCT8 about a week ago and have tried everything to program in the proper things to set up monitoring the Crest System in the Victoria area. Its doesnt seem to work. Ive got ARC 8 and have downloaded the the csv files and have tried using the radio reference tool to program it. Was hoping maybe someone could help me with a step by step to get it up and running. Thanks in advance.

However, looking at our database for CREST, it appears there are digital talkgroups on this system that the BCT8 cannot handle

i have a bct 8 myself =D great scanner! i would love to help, but like the person above me said you won't be able to moniter all of the talk groups due to some are digital and the bct8 is a analog scanner
