Please Help Me To Identify Interference

I have annoying background interference in my audio feed. Would someone who knows a bit about different types of interference please have a listen and see if they have any idea what it could be?

I have searched the web but can only really find references to ground loop issues. I am quite sure that it isn't ground loop as it isn't a 'hum' but more of a 'digital' sound (sorry, I couldn't think of a better way to describe it).
