I am new to a lot of this and am looking to get my first scanner. I live in Greensboro NC and have an opportunity to get a Radio Shack Pro163 for cheap. My question is, How do I know that it will work for this area? I recall sometime ago someone telling me that you could not get GPD without a DIGITAL scanner... This I dont think is... Can someone help answer my question? Should I buy this as it WILL work in my area or is it just a waste of money??? Thank you in advance!!!

Greensboro is digital, this is signified by the "D" in the mode column.
