I am trying to figure out a way to pick up my local high school teams coaches headset chat with a scanner...is this possible at all? please help if you can! thanks

You can look in the database for your local registered frequencies. Or take your scanner to the game and use signal stalker if your scanner has it.

Yeah it's possible. Sometimes the headsets run in the 900 Megahertz zone. Trry searching 900.000 and up. If that doesn't work try Uhf Hi and lo. Most headsets run on those zones. Or like the above post said, If you have signal stalker on your scanner just use that to find it. But if you have search like me, those are some options.
