i purchased a radio shack pro 18 digital scanner from cl a few weeks ago this scanner will pick up analog but no digital signal the guy lied about it needing a disc he said it was ready to go I live in Campbellsville ky and would be willing to pay someone to help me get this scanner going thank you I can be reached at 606 787 7895 thank you

i had a problem with scanner it was a pro 18 digital scanner it was missing the software pretty much a paper weight thanks to dj11dln he sent me the software to get it going I just wanted to say thank you

No problem at all. I got a lot of help from a lot of folks here on RR when I decided to get back into scanning after a 15+ year hiatus. I'd never have figured things out without this resource, so I'm glad to be able to pay a tiny bit of it forward.

If I have to say it, anyone needing a copy of iScan for the Pro-18 can just PM me. It's too big to attach to an e-mail but I've got it on Google Drive now so getting it will just require a (free) Google account and a share-with from me. I really wish RS would put it back on their support site but since it's gone from there it's up to us Pro-18 owners to help each other out.:wink: They are good scanners, too good to wind up on a shelf or in the junk bin for lack of a programming app.
