The only DOT frequency i recognize is 47.140 which is known as both the Region 4 and statewide DOT frequency. I also have a few public works channels programmed. Are there any more DOT or Plow truck frequencies for my area besides 47.140? Thanks.

Plenty of other Maine DOT, take a look at the SNE Wiki

Pass back and confirmations/validations

Also, for the Muni channels, look under each County over there. [SNE]

Things may be slightly more complicated than it first seems. As part of the new MSCOMMNET system there are at least six new frequencies licensed at locations in Penobscot County which are apparently assigned to the "Highway System". (there are several more in Kennebec County). Whether any of them will be used for plow trucks remains to be seen. I don't believe that any of these frequencies are in use yet except for testing. All of these frequencies are digital (P25) but I don't know if they will be able to be monitored or not.

Plow trucks. Do they still have low band antennas on them? Just asking.
