Based on the FCC ULS info from today - it looks like Plumas County has 7 repeaters on their main channel - plus a boatload of base stations (probably at the various fire stations) - this is not a County Fire Department - it is a single radio channel that serves multiple local fire departments

also - Plumas County is licensed for 2 FB2T (transportable repeaters) on 155.3025 with 150.7825 as the input channel - Plumas County shows as the only user in California on both of those channels - per fcc uls 2/20/2021

That is correct. They are all individual fire districts, but Plumas County OES had the foresight to engineer a countywide fire radio system. It works pretty well for them, from what I've heard.
