Plumas County Listings

There is a listing under PLUMAS county CALIFORNIA for the NEVADA Shared Radio System (http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=706). I do not see any talkgroups in the Nevada system related to Plumas county. Can someone tell me why this link is there? Is Plumas county somehow using the NSRS?

The reason that site is there is to cover the Truckee, N. Tahoe area both for the State of NV and for the Sierra Pacific Power Company who provides services to that area of CA.

Nevada TRS listing in Plumas County

The reason that site is there is to cover the Truckee, N. Tahoe area both for the State of NV and for the Sierra Pacific Power Company who provides services to that area of CA.

It seems misleading to just put a link under this CA county to a Nevada TRS without any explanation. Certainly all of the sites listed for the Nevada TRS do not apply. And if the only agency "local" to Plumas County is Sierra Pacific Power Company, perhaps that's the only TGs that should be listed as well.
