Medic Units will be 1 EMT-P and 1 EMT-B or I

Paramedic Units will be 2 EMT-P's.

Ambulances will be 2 EMT-B's (I think there will still be some after the fall-out).

I though 2 would be a Medic Unit and not a Paramedic Unit?
