Been hearing alot of traffic on the PMARS channel. I think it coming from Sussex county because I heard them reference Lewes and they are calling SUSCOM. Anybody have any idea why? Or maybe what they are doing on this frequency instead of using the TRS?

By PMARS, do you mean 155.475 (NLEEF) or 154.86 (SWEN) ?
{edit} Just noted your similar posting on the MD forum and there you spell out 866.3625. You are not hearing PMARS - while this freq is used for PMARS in the DC area, it is also a component freq of the Sussex DE 800 trunked system - and it sounds like this is what you are monitoring.
