Pocono Raceway Frequencies & area EMS Frequencies?

I will be visiting PA for the Pocono 500 in June. Does anyone have any frequencies for PIR other than Pocono Med 3 (463.0500)?

As well, any suggestions on where the most EMS traffic might be around Carbondale? I checked the database but could only find a few frequencies and nothing for Susquehanna County.
