Apparently, APD units from different sectors around Austin including the armored vehicle and K9 have surronded a building where a man is holded up posibbly with a rifle.

Here's what I know. Part of N lamar up to fairfield has been shut down. It would appear APD Tactical is moving in to sniper positions.

I keep hearing them refer to a TRV. Any ideas???

A Tac officer just radioed in to CP that some KIDS are watching from the south quadrant and that they needed to tighten up the perimeter.


Also, Starflight has just be routed to the area. Command has requested that Starflight recon the roof of the building.
