On Monday there was a Police Chief's meeting in Hastings NE. Police Chief Mizner of Norfolk told WJAG radio he was very dissapointed on the HOMELAND SECURITY fund went on other projects not on the "State-Wide Communication System" My point of view is they already have TRUNK SYSTEM why don't they just program their system to communicate w/ other cities & towns. & still operate on the system they have now .
