Police Frequency Question

I have notice in the weeks that my County (King William) they use 39.48 PL 123.0 I don't hear them talk like they usally and used to, and I've notice on the cars they got two new attenas but I was wondering are they using a different frequency? please post if any ideas thank you! I've search RR and FCC and nothing came back but 154.7100 and 39.48

I've been hearing them on low band as usual. King and Queen switched to a UHF system. Maybe they have radios to talk to them now since they aren't on the same frequency anymore. I haven't been through King William in a while to see any of the cars.
