POLICE INCIDENT

O.P.P out on county rd 22 in Oxford County.

involved in high speed pursuit, during chase suspects grabbed someone in car and slit their throat and tossed them out of speeding car. suspects now ran into house,

police surrounded area and calling in TRU team and a translator.
