I have a uniden bcd536hp I live in the 98371 zip code. Every now and then the Puyallup dispatch will say switch to tac 1 and when they do I can hear them keying up but I don't hear what they are saying do I have a setting wrong somewhere or is it just impossible to hear what they are saying?
Police Tac 1 all you can hear is them miking up

That is because that talk group is encrypted.
