Are the police and fire using codewords for Covid-19? I heard a ambo dispatch to a person with breathing problems and then they said "charlie-negative" something I never heard before. This is for Lycon and Emporia. I think a friend heard something like that on the scanner in Osage County.

Just heard another ambo call "unknown charlie"
