Can somebody please explain the unit numbers to me and what stations they are associated with, also what's the difference between rescues and medic units.

Medic Rescues (MR's) are EMS Ambulance personnel that are Cross-Trained Fire Fighters
Medic's (MD's) are the same trucks just the personnel on that truck that day are not cross-trained so they carry the call sign MD *** & MR ***

Also, the Ambulances are Numbered according to the closest fire stations they are near
most EMS trucks are in a fire station, some are not.
some EMS stations like Lake Alfred for example, now have a county fire truck in their station they didn't use to.
The EMS trucks that have a 3 digit # that starts with a 2**, is a second truck in the same station Ex. MR 9 & MR 209.
Some have a Day truck that is only staffed for a specified shift and not 24/7. Those trucks start with a 3**
ex. 29, 229, 329.
