Polk County Fire

Hi everyone. Strange stuff going on with Polk County Fire today. I heard sirens in my neighborhood but hadn't been near my scanner. When I hit the Replay option I heard no audio, and in the upper righthand corner of the screen of my SDS100 I saw "ENCRY". I'm still seeing it intermittently. Once it showed the word, but I still heard the audio. Also, the automated dispatch channel is not repeating the calls as it usually does. Does anyone know what's going on? Are we about to lose Polk County Fire to encryption?
