Polk County's new P25 System

Hi all, late last year there were some articles announcing that Polk County was going to get a new P25 radio system, joining the Cobb Regional Radio system. I was just curious if anyone has been aware of any new information since last November/December? I know Bartow law enforcement went encrypted when they joined CRRS, do you think Polk will go encrypted as well? Also, I was curious how/when we will be able to find out the frequencies they are expected to use, because I see Cherokee county is building their own site, and it list their expected frequencies.

Update - I have got word from a county commissioner, and county manager. I was told the system is scheduled to be operational by the end of the year, or at the first of next year.
the commissioner stated it will be encrypted, and the manager stated you will not be able to listen with a scanner.
Bummer.
